SWIB Announces Intention to Enter Adaptation Discussions for ‘Experiences’
[London, Uk, 4/08/2026] — SWIB is pleased to announce it is in discussions with author, Chimezie Ihekuna regarding the potential adaptation of his acclaimed novel, Experiences, into a feature film.
The proposed project represents an exciting opportunity to bring the novel’s compelling narrative to the screen, introducing its powerful themes and memorable characters to a wider global audience. While discussions with Mr. Ihekuna are yet to commence, the company is optimistic about the possibility of collaborating with the author to faithfully adapt his work for cinema.
In parallel, preliminary talks are currently underway with director Rykardo Agbor, who is being considered to helm the project. Mr. Agbor's creative vision and storytelling approach are viewed as a strong fit for the material, although no formal appointment has been made at this stage.
